Layout and Spaces:
The villa extends over two levels, connected by gentle ramps, and comfortably accommodates up to eight adults. The bright upper level comprises three double bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and en-suite bathrooms. One of these has a separate area with a bunk bed (90 x 200 cm) – ideal for families with children. On the lower level, with direct access to the garden, is the master suite with a spacious en-suite bathroom (2mx3m). The dining room, which seats ten, flows seamlessly into the fully equipped kitchen. The cozy living room, with a large sofa, smart TV, sound system, and Wi-Fi, invites you to relax after a sunny day. A further bathroom with a toilet and washing machine provides additional comfort.
