This villa has been designed with a contemporary sensibility that balances accessibility, privacy, and spaciousness, all accompanied by panoramic views that stretch from the city to the ocean. Every corner of the property has been designed to offer a relaxing and immersive atmosphere, where architecture, interior design, and natural surroundings dialogue in perfect harmony.
Layout and Spaces
The villa is arranged on two levels, free of architectural barriers, connected by exterior ramps designed to guarantee accessibility without compromising design. The upper level of the house offers a fully equipped kitchen, featuring fine tableware, complete utensils, and high-end appliances. The spacious dining room and elegant living room are flooded with natural light thanks to large panoramic windows. Equipped with a Smart TV, a sound system, and a full Wi-Fi connection, they are the perfect place to enjoy relaxing evenings with Netflix and good music. There is also a spacious bedroom, equipped with a magnum shower and central air conditioning, for optimal rest. The lower level of the house offers three bedrooms within the main building, all with individual bathroom and air conditioning. Two of them are configured as family bedrooms, with a double bed and bunk beds for children. The third, slightly smaller, has a queen-size bed. Finally, a separate suite, with its private bathroom and air conditioning, provides added privacy. All rooms have direct access to private terraces offering open, unobstructed views.
High-End Rest
All our villas are equipped with high-quality mattresses and Royale linens: classic Spanish sheets combined with light duvets and soft-touch pillowcases. Because rest is also part of the luxury. Outdoor Area
The outdoor space has been conceived as a haven of relaxation. The upper terrace features a large outdoor dining area with a barbecue and parasol: the ideal space for enjoying the outdoors. On the lower terrace, you'll find a big private heated pool (24–26°C), an outdoor bar with a sink and refrigerator, sun loungers, parasols, and shaded areas.
Services: Free parking. Towels are changed every 4 days, including a small cleaning service in the bathrooms, bed linen is changed every 8 days. A gardener and pool technician also provide regular maintenance, ensuring everything is perfect throughout your stay.
